Our Farm Fresh Garlic

German white and red, and black garlic

One acre of our 6 acre farm is dedicated to growing aromatic and sweet garlic in white and red varieties.  And due to high demand, we're doubling the size of garlic fields next year.  We harvest the bulbs in late July, dry them in our 4,000 square foot Gothic style barn built in 1933 – and sell it in ½ lb. and 1 lb. bags.

 

Our black garlic is smooth, sweet, and soft - with a taste like nothing else! We age our garlic for weeks over low heat, giving it it's indescribably delicious taste! Subject to availability, so get yours while we have it!
